Hire our Scout Hut
To help support the upkeep of our building, we hire out our hall when it is not being used by our groups. Please note that the hall is in use every weekday evening during school term times.
In the hall we welcome up to 40 people, and have 15 tables and 40 chairs. The main hall is approximately 8.5m × 14m (120 square metres) in addition to the kitchen and toilets.
Our hall has room for 4 cars parking on it’s driveway, and there is on street parking in the area.
Our current rate is £10.00 per hour: the time booked should include setup and cleaning after your party. E.g. if you book 2-5 then one of our volunteers will let you in at 2:00, and expect you to be ready to leave the hall very soon after 5:00 so we can lock up. We kindly ask that all rubbish and waste is taken away afterwards. We will ask for a £25 deposit which is returned to you at the end of the hire as per our standard conditions. Regular bookings accepted upon request depending on availability.
